10/01/2008 Logic of LoveWe need the logic of love.
There are some reasons to love. The logic is a certain kind of interactions. If there is a conflict, there is no logic.
You need to apply different logic to different people. Obviously, we're all different.
Like what my friend has recently told me that it is pain to change oneself too much to please the others.
So if one's logic is extended too much, it is likely that a conflict may happen, and so an incompleted logic. 02/11/2007 Think and do.

We can never know the origin of our mind.
Look into the mirror and it gives you an image of yourself.
But when it comes to self-realisation, you are judging from what you have done. Now, deeds simply become many different symbols that are used for tracing the image of Self.
For example, You are buying a birthday present for yourself, you buy what you THINK you* want. (Your judgement bases on your image of Kelvin)
On the other hand, your friend is buying a birthday present for Kelvin, they buy it base on the image of Kelvin.
The Self has never been defined.
You thought you know yourSelf, but what you're seeing is simply the reflection/the symbols that representing/interpeting Self.
If this is the true logic, all the arguments that humans are making in Understanding are simply circling the Truth. The circle is infinitive in size. And we have never solved any problem yet. (never will, perhaps.)

We are what we do. We have no identity. We don't have "self". Empty shell.
You need a mirror to tell you how you look like.
If there is only you in the world, the definition of actions would not even exist.
You constantly realise yourself by the others.
The progression of civilisation leads humans to identity themselves as an image...
You need external reference to know yourself.
You want God to tell you your purpose, your true self, while God, himself, seeks for your reference to his identity.
If there is no external, the definition of self would not even exist.

Try 07/06/2007 It ain't OLD! + some ()Remember at the beginning of this semester, one of my friends told me that he wants to try jazz.
Well, so one day when we went to the ERC building, I led him to the CD collection and picked up a James Morrison - Snappy Doo (1990)(note that this James Morrison is not the vocalist James Morrison. This James Morrison is a famous jazz muscian in Australia).
Another day, when we were discussing, he might have told me that he prefered some more contemporary jazz, something like that... (i forgot what exactly he said).
Just remember that he said something like..
"This CD is very old.. it is like 10 years ago..."
Well I thought..
"What!? That ain't OLD.. O_o!? "
I told him..
"That's not old.. I listen to the 50s..... -____-" "
(possibily, I may check out some Parkers CDs later when i have $$. most of them are like post-WWII !?)
(I would also try out some Davis' fusion... which is pretty "new")
(Hey yo! You want something new? check out Guru's Jazzmatazz Vol. 4... Jazz Rap, cool blend although the tones are kind of repetitive)(Can't believe he still has the heart to explore this subgenre. Man! can't blame! he's the pioneer!)
(For real, I am still exploring the past. Glad that I've bought a 400-page History of Jazz...)
(Sure enough life is not all about jazz. Meanwhile, got to check out some funeral doom metal and Sigur Ros, "WHERE ARE THE CHEAP CDs??")

27/05/2007 New soundJust found out two lovely but a little bit "incoherent" rhythm. I put them together, and put in some lyrics, and they create and weird reverbing sound...
Temporarily name it A Deep Space Dream... The story will probably be about someone dreaming in space, some purple colours and, as I said, A Dream, everything is irrational, and somewhat weird and the universe is spinning... etc.
I am definitely not sure if people will the sound,"o... that's weird", I rate it "interesting" and "loosen"
Will upload, maybe!? just don't expect a song, just expect an idea and some sound. |
